eMOTION: ReVibe (online)

MOTION for EMOTION - Online Edition

Zoomy Zoom

Service Description

eMOTION: ReVibe is a raw, rhythmic, and radically human movement experience designed to help you shake off stress, shift stuck energy, and reconnect with your body through science-backed, soul-lifting motion. This is not a workout. It’s not a rave. It’s a nervous system reboot wrapped in tribal rhythms, deep basslines, and full-body freedom. No mirrors. No choreography. No judgment. Just you, the music, and your inner rhythm. 🔥 What to Expect: The class is a two-part immersive journey: Part 1: Drop In We begin grounded — seated or lying down — with eyes closed. Guided somatic cues and mindfulness help you tune out the noise and tune in to your nervous system. You’ll notice where energy lives in your body and prepare to let it move. Part 2: Rise & Release The music builds. You rise (if you're able), and the invitation is simple: Feel it. Move it. Heal it. There are no moves to follow. Just tribal drums, deep house, afro beats, garage, DnB and more — the kind of music that pulls energy through the body. Shake, stomp, sway, stretch — whatever your body needs to release, express, and return to balance. 🧠 The Neuroscience Behind the Vibe: Your nervous system doesn’t speak in words — it speaks in sensation, rhythm, and movement. When we move to music: - Brainwaves sync with rhythm, calming the mind. - The vagus nerve is stimulated, supporting emotional regulation. - Bilateral movement helps integrate emotional processing. - Stress hormones drop. Oxytocin rises. We feel better — together. - This is trauma-informed, neuro-aware movement medicine. And it works. ✌️ Two Core Rules: Eyes Closed – To drop out of your head and into your body. Don’t Stop Moving – To keep the energy shifting and flowing. Whether you're processing grief, burnout, anxiety — or just need to get out of your head and back into your body — eMOTION: ReVibe offers a space to do it without words, without judgment, and without pressure. Just sound, sweat, and soul. Come as you are. Leave a little more you
